چکیده
The FeeCom (Front-End-Electronics Communication) chain consists of three layers: the FedClient which is part of the PVSS on the supervisory layer, the InterComLayer (ICL) on the control layer and the FeeServers with their ControlEngines (CE) connected to the Front-EndElectronics (FEE) on the field layer. The FED-API constitutes the upper part of the FeeCom chain (FedClient and the FedServer module of the ICL) and is responsible for the communication between the Supervisory Layer and the Control Layer. In addition the ICL comprises of the following modules: the ApplicationLayer module, which hosts the database access of the ICL and the CommandCoder, and the FeeClient module controlling the FeeServers (see figure 1). The database provides the detector parameters which are in turn assigned by the CommandCoder to the individual field devices. [2] The communication between PVSS and ICL and ICL and FeeServers is done by means of the high-performance and fail safe DIM protocol[3].

An Open Source Rich Client Solution for Archaeological Mobile Gis
A Rich Client solution based on Open Source technologies has been implemented in order to realize a mobile GIS application for the exploration of archaeological data. The solution, named RiCOMGIS, is divided in two separate modules: MapGenerator and FrontEnd Producer. MapGenerator acts as the server-side GIS part of RiCOMGIS. It is basically a Java application ad hoc implemented, which makes use...

This paper describes a Java application for interfacing with an Internet based distributed multimedia knowledge retrieval system. The aim of this system is to facilitate the access of distributed knowledge residing on remote computer systems. The motivation for this work is the increasing demand for applications that take advantage of the Internet and local intranets for accessing and integrati...
متن کاملChoice of Development Tool for the User Interface of a Client-Server Application in a SAS® Environment
Application developers in SAS environments regularly face the question about what tool to use to build the client-based user interface of their client-server applications. These are environments where: (1) the data is in server-based SAS data sets, (2) the primary processing is done with server-based SAS Software applications that cover file management, analysis, and reporting, and (3) the user...

متن کاملFiz: A Component Framework for Web Applications
Fiz is a framework for developing interactive Web applications. Its overall goal is to raise the level of programming for Web applications, first by providing a set of high-level reusable components that simplify the task of creating interactive Web applications, and second by providing a framework that encourages other people to create additional components. Components in Fiz cover both the fr...
